It's happened! Tali got through the semi-finals and secured a place for herself, and Luxembourg, in Saturday's grand final.

With five wins to our name, the pressure was certainly on for Luxembourg to perform well in the country's much-anticipated return (after three decades!) to the Eurovision Song Contest.

With only 10 of the 15 semi-finalists making it through to the final on Saturday, Tali was the last candidate to qualify in what was an absolutely nerve-wracking moment for the Grand Duchy. But what a way to do it!

Poland, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Iceland and Australia were knocked out as Luxembourg made it to the final.

The selection of our candidate - Tali - took place through Luxembourg Song Contest, which in its own right received rave reviews across the Eurovision sphere. You can watch our behind the scenes documentary about that here - or, if you're properly invested, relive the magic of the show itself right here.

Thanks to a stellar performance in tonight's semi-finals, Tali will now represent Luxembourg in the grand final this Saturday 11 May. Naturally you will be able to watch right here on RTL Today, with English commentary by Meredith Moss and Sarah Tapp, from 9pm. We will also air the second semi-final this Thursday, 9 May, once again with commentary by the indefatigable duo of Moss and Tapp!

While we wait for the next part of the show, check out our galleries detailing the whole experience.
